We are incredibly proud to announce that Frontiers North Adventures was honoured with the Culinary & Agritourism Award at the 2026 Tourism Awards in Winnipeg. Presented by Winnipeg Economic Development & Tourism in partnership with Travel Manitoba, this award celebrates the very best in Manitoban hospitality and innovation.
The star of the show? Our signature Dan’s Diner experience.
More Than Just a Meal
If you’ve ever dreamed of dining at the edge of the world, Dan’s Diner is where that dream meets reality. Located in the remote wilds of Churchill, Manitoba, this isn't your typical restaurant.
Dan’s Diner is a custom-built mobile dining unit located out on the frozen Churchill River, offering a seven-course meal curated with locally and regionally sourced ingredients. But the true "ambiance" isn't just the decor—it’s the aurora borealis dancing directly overhead. Dan’s Diner is built with panoramic windows and skylights allowing you to take in the dancing northern lights as you savour decadent dishes.
